A sports engine oils has lower viscosity than a standard one, which allows for decreasing engine resistance and increasing its power. Sports oils are recommended for high-quality engines, as low-viscosity oil reduces the life span of an engine.

- When replacing a standard engine oil with a sports one you should also install a higher-capacity oil filter
