                      Powerservice OÜ alustas oma tegevust aastal 1999. Idee remonditeenust pakkuma hakata sai alguse sellest, et Reinsalu Auto AS masinapark omas sellel aastal ligikaudu 50 veoautot. Nende remontimiseks oli vaja aga oma garaaži, tööriistu ja lukkseppasid. Veoautode hooldus ja remont sealt alguse saigi.

                      Masinapargis oli 2-seeria Scaniad, Volvod ning veoautode hooldus ja remont käis minu vanaema armastatud põhimõttel „naela ja paelaga“. Kuna varuosade poolest oli ajajärk selline, kus detailid olid hirmkallid ja väikese saadavusega, tuli paljud asjad ise kas taastada, või mõelda kuidas saaks veoautod kiiresti tagasi töösse suunata. Veoautode hooldus ja remont algas leidlikkusega, millest on välja kasvanud teenust pakkuv tasemel meeskonnaga ettevõte.

                      Kuna veoautosid ja haagiseid oli kokku kuskil 50 komplekti, siis veoautode hooldus ja remont toimus garaažis 24/7. Kui võrrelda aastate lõikes kasvõi pööravõlli hinda, mis aastal 1999 oli 160 eur/tk ja hetkel, mil nüüd hinnaks on ligikaudu 30-50 eur/tk, siis ütleb juba lihtne matemaatika, et asjad maksid 3-4 korda rohkem ja arvestades rahaväärtust tol ajal, siis meeletult palju.

                      Selleks, et veoautode hooldus ja remont teenusena jätkuksid tekkis vajadus nii keevitaja kui ka treiali järgi, et neid efektiivsemalt ja kvaliteetsemalt taastama hakata. Uskumatu, aga meie treial Udo on ka senini meie meeskonnaliige – võime kindlusega öelda, et mõõtu see mees tunneb väga hästi.

                      Seetõttu kasvaski välja ühest transpordi ettevõtte garaažist teenust pakkuv service, kus veoautode hooldus ja remont, haagiste hooldus ja remont, on kogu meeskonna südame asi! Väiksest garaažist sai alguse service, mille nimeks saigi Powerservice. Nagu nimigi ütleb, siis teeme oma tööd kindluse ja suure poweriga!
