Mirror replacement

Mirror replacement

Damage to a side mirror does not always necessitate its replacement. If only the mirror glass is broken, all you have to do is pull the mirror away to gain access to the bolt holding it in place and replace the glass with a new one. In some cases, changing an entire mirror requires removing the door panels.

Tips

  • A broken side mirror should immediately be replaced with a new one
  • If you lose a mirror as a result of another driver overtaking you, the damages are covered by such driver's insurance
