 Provision of personal data is voluntary and required to order a service. If you do not provide your personal data, ordering the required service will not be possible. The data shall be processed for the purposes of ordering the required service (legal basis: legitimate interest of the data controller) as well as determining and pursuing any claims (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller).

 The data recipients for the purposes of ordering the service may be automotive garages. The data shall be stored until: the expiry of the statute of limitation on any claims and for the period required by the applicable law (e.g. the accounting regulations).

 Each person is entitled to request access to their personal data, have it rectified, erased and restrict its processing and transferring. Each person is entitled to object to the processing of their data, file a complaint with a competent supervisory body and withdraw their consent at any time without prejudice to the right to processing performed pursuant to such consent prior to its withdrawal.
Each person is entitled to object to the processing of their personal data based on a legitimate interest of the controller, as well as to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes.
